Fabrics and fibers have been an integral part of my life since early childhood. The process of changing a lump of rumpled cloth and tangled fibers into an organized, and sometimes functional, structure fascinates me. In my quilts, wearable art and liturgical art, you’ll see my love of many different fiber and surface design techniques: dyeing, printing, weaving, sewing and embroidery.
